The AAWDI Family Farmers has entered into a strategic engagement with the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Nigeria as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen agricultural transformation, innovation, and sustainable food production.
During a high-level meeting with the Belarus High Commissioner to Nigeria, the AAWDI initiative was represented by the CEO and President, Hajiya Rekiya Ibrahim Amedu, alongside the National Director of Administration, Hon. Abubakar Abdullahi. The engagement focused on exploring areas of mutual cooperation, particularly in agricultural technology transfer, mechanized farming, capacity building, and investment opportunities that will enhance productivity across Nigeria’s agricultural value chain.
The meeting provided an opportunity to align shared interests and outline a framework for collaboration aimed at boosting agricultural development, supporting farmers, and strengthening bilateral relations between Nigeria and the Republic of Belarus through agriculture-driven initiatives.
Further meetings have been scheduled to deepen discussions, clarify roles and expectations, and finalize the partnership arrangements for effective implementation.
This strategic move marks another significant milestone in AAWDI’s commitment to agricultural advancement, international collaboration, and national development.
Hon. Abubakar Abdullahi
